Our workouts consist of anything from squats, to rope climbs, to Olympic lifting. No two days are ever the same at CrossFit Purpose which helps our members tackle the everchanging tasks of life.
We are devoted to making the best experience for each of our members. In an effort to limit the intimidation factor, we utilize scaling options that best benefit each member. Are you uncapable of doing a rope climb? No problem we have options that will help you get to the level. Do you struggle to lift heavy weights? That is okay as we will help and get you to the point you want to get to.
Our community at CrossFit Purpose is like none other as everyone wants you to succeed here. Everybody is always positive and encouraging. You will be in classes with people from all different walks of life but you will all have the same desire to get physically fitter.
